Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.

The property does not come with an allocated parking space however, there is free on-street parking.
We are conveniently located, so it's a short walk to all amenities, university and city centre. Major bus routes on Anson Road and Plymouth Grove, all of which are extremely frequent and just moments of walk away.
