The Neigbourhood

A suburban area of Manchester, England. the house lies approximately two miles south of Manchester City Centre, between Whalley Range and Rusholme. Within 10mins drive into the city, to the Universities, Hospital and to the M60.

A perfect short commute with great accessibility for exploring Manchester. Directly facing the property is the beautiful Alexandra Park, a local favourite for families, dog walkers, joggers or anyone wanting to breathe some fresh air and be surrounded by amazing green sceneries.

Retail and food shops are only minutes of walk away so you can choose whether you want to have a lazy evening meal or host an amazing banquet for friends and family.

Before you book:

You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).

House Rules:

1. No smoking inside premises

2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.

Getting Around

The property does not come with an allocated parking space however, there is free on-street parking.

Bus lines 101, 102, and 103 runs frequently along this road - bus stop running in both direction only minutes' walk away from the house.
