City centre location in the heart of Manchester. Bustling streets full of life, art and culture. Steps away from Oxford Road station and close to numerous bus route that takes you along Oxford Road. Prime location for any events or purpose of visit.

Before You Book:

Keys must be collected (Check-in), and returned (Check-out) from this local store:

SPAR Oxford Road, 2 Oxford Rd, Manchester M1 5QA (5 minute walk). The store is open 24 hours a day for convenient arrival and departures. Collection code is provided 1 day before arrival.

House Rules:

1. No smoking inside the premises.

2. Pets are not allowed.

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests).

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.

6. Minimum age to book is 22.

7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.

Breaking any of the house rule will result in penalty charge. Happy to answer any further questions!

Getting Around

The property does not come with an allocated parking space, however, there is paid parking on the nearby Hulme Street and other SIP parking less than 5-minutes’ walk away.

Major bus routes run along the nearby Oxford Road with frequent timings.

The property is conveniently located with only a short walk to all amenities, theatre, university and city centre.
