Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.

The property does come with driveway parking however, there is also free on-street parking.
The bus stop is easily accessible from the main street of Sunnycroft Road. There are frequent bus lines which takes you anywhere into the heart of Leicester city in just less than 20 minutes that is easily accessible from the main street of Sunnycroft Road.
