Before you book:
Keys must be collected (Check-in), and returned (Check-out) from this local store:
365 Convenience, 365 Zenith Building, Chapel Street, Salford M3 5JT (5 minute walk). The store is open from Monday - Sunday : 9:00AM - 11:00PM. If you plan to arrive later than store hours, please let us know in advance. Collection code is provided 1 day before arrival.
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside the premises.
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests).
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
6. Minimum age to book is 22.

Getting Around
The property does come with an on-site allocated parking space.
Nearest train link is at Salford Regent which is 15minutes walk away. Buses runs frequently along Chapel Street and Regent Road can take you both in and out of Manchester. You may also hire a shared electric scooter to explore the area.
