The property comes with two spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage as well as one bathroom with all essentials provided for the perfect stay. The room arrangements are as follows:

The Neighbourhood

The property is situated just off Regent Road which is a direct link into Manchester City Centre. Plenty of transport links and amenities. It is walkable distance to everything. Neighbourhood is lively and safe for family and young children.

Before you book:

You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).

House Rules:

1. No smoking inside premises

2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.

Getting Around

The property does come with an on-site allocated parking space.

Nearest train link is at Salford Regent which is 15minutes walk away. Buses runs frequently along Chapel Street and Regent Road can take you both in and out of Manchester. You may also hire a shared electric scooter to explore the area.
