The Neighbourhood
Located centrally in Stockport City Centre. Great location with amazing transport links situated just opposite of the Stockport train station and the future bus exchange centre. Restaurants and bars are just behind the apartment with plenty of options to choose from.
Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting Around
The property does not come with an allocated parking space however, paid parking available across the road at Piccadilly Car Park SK1 1DY. Full details can be found on NCP website. Or on side streets nearby for max 2hours.
There are frequent bus links on Exchange Street which is just a minute away from the apartment.
