Before you book:

We require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).

House rules:

1. No smoking inside premises

2. No pets allowed

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

Breaking any of the house rule will result in penalty charge. Happy to answer any further questions!

Getting around

The property does not come with an allocated parking space, however, there is free on-street parking available

If you are a "walker" then this location is perfect for you. Conveniently located so it's a short walk to all restaurants, bars and shopping outlets and also near in universities.

Major bus routes on Anson Road, all of which extremely frequent and just moments of walk away.

Guest access

You will have private access to own bedroom and bathroom. Every bedroom has lock access.

You will have access to the shared communal spaces which are the kitchen and laundry space. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. If you need us, you can call or message us at any time.

This cosy house is just a 5-minute drive away from your local stores such as Manchester Superstore Rusholme and Worldwide Foods.

It is also close to Birchfields Park which is just several minutes walk from the house.
