The property comes with four spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage as well as two bathrooms with all essentials provided for the perfect stay. The room arrangements are as follows:

The property is located in a close and the neighbourhood is a dignified small community of professionals.
Before you book:
We require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. No pets allowed
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting around
The property is just a few minutes walk to Stretford Rd. There you will find buses that can take you to the City Centre. You are also be able to take the tram. The closes tram station to the property is Trafford Bar.
