The neighbourhood
The property close to the City Centre. The Manchester Art Gallery, the Science and Industry Museum, and many other attractions are all within a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Before you book:
We require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting around
The property does come with an allocated parking space, however, this is only for 1 vehicle.
There are frequent bus services on Stainforth Street which takes you into Ashton-Under-Lyne where you will be able to also access transports links towards Manchester City Centre.
