We require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).

1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.

The property does come with 1 parking space, however, for visitors with multiple vehicles, free on-street parking is available on this street and all the neighbouring streets.
Significant bus routes may be found nearby and are fairly frequent in Northenden Village, Moor End, and Riverside Park.
