The property is a spacious studio that can be converted to a one bedroom apartment with plenty of storage as well as one bathroom with all essentials provided for the perfect stay. The room arrangements are as follows:

The Neighbourhood
Sitting at the heart of Ancoats and surrounded by canals in every direction. Perfectly accessible yet peaceful area to be in! You are away from cars but ever so close to transport links like bus and Metrolink. A walk away to many eateries and shops towards greater Ancoats. Great friendly and safe neighbourhood for a great getaway.
Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting Around
The property does not come with an allocated parking space however, paid parking is available 2 minute walk away on Pollard Street via SIP or PayByPhone (£6 for 24 hours).
Metrolink stop just behind the apartment 3 minutes walk away. Frequent bus link on main Ring Road 5 minutes away. Very accessible by car, parking just next to Metrolink stop. It's paid parking but very affordable.
