The Neighbourhood
A suburban area of Manchester, Withington. Located close to the hospital, multiple shops and nearby good schools. The neighbourhood is fully of greenery and our location is steps away from the town which is alwasy bustling with activities and joy.
Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting Around
The property does not come with an allocated parking space however, there is free on-street parking.
Convenient location whether you're driving or using public transport. Buses stops frequently along Mauldeth Road and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk away.
