Manchester Oxford Road is about a 6-minute walk, making travel and commuting easy. The area is well-connected, ideal for exploring the city's vibrant cultural and leisure scene.
Before you book:
There is an additional charge for the use of sofa beds [regardless of number of guests] and travel cots. Please request these upon booking otherwise it will not be available for use during stay.
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside the premises.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests).
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
