This property is annex to the house next door but you have full access to the annex without any disruption. Garden is shared at the back. Parking in front of the property is dedicated for you.
The neighbourhood
Bredbury lies in the rural area of Stockport, the small town which is 10 minutes walk away is full of character and heritage. Our property lies on the stretch of houses facing a wide green plain with plenty of woods and trees behind for you to feast your eyes on. Small town but plenty of shops and eateries to offer. Perfect for a getaway from the busy city!
Before you book:
We require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting around
There is a driveway where you can park your car. Free on-street parking is also available.
Bus route right outside of the property with frequent line taking to town centre and also into Stockport city. Bredbury station is in town centre which can take you in and out of Bredbury to Stockport or Manchester.
Great bikers route with frequent riders along George Lane.
