The Neigbourhood
Located in Beswick, just opposite of Manchester City Ethihad stadium, which can be seen from the apartment. Surrounding area are residential developments which creates a safe and peaceful location perfect for family and long stays.
The residents area is gated and surrounded by the river medlock where dog owner and walker frequently leisures on.
Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. No pets allowed
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.

The property does come with an on-site allocated parking space.
