The Neighbourhood
A quiet suburban area of Manchester, England. the house lies approximately two miles south of Manchester city centre, between Whalley Range and Rusholme. Located close to Alexandra Park and proximate to numerous restaurants, takeaway, coffee shops and convenience stores.
Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting Around
The property does not come with an allocated parking space however, there is free on-street parking.
If you are a "walker", we are conveniently located so it's a short walk to all amenities, university and city centre.
Major bus routes on Princess Road, Claremont Road and Great Western Street, all of which are extremely frequent and just moments of walk away.
