Before you book:

You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).

House Rules:

1. No smoking inside premises

2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.

Getting Around

The property does not come with an allocated parking space however, there is free on-street parking.

There are frequent bus routes which takes you around the Salford area, which is located just seconds away from the property at the Main Street of Littleton Road

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire house, front and rear garden area. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. If you need us, you can call or message us at any time.
