Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting Around
The property does not come with an allocated parking space, however, there is free on-street parking.
Frequent bus links are available at Clarence Road which is just minutes away from the property providing easy access in and around the city.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire apartment and the outdoor yard areas. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. If you need us, you can call or message us at any time.
