• Barcicroft Road (4mins walk)
• Burnage Lane/ Green End (2mins walk)

Arrival by Flight, best directions:

• 15-20mins by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £25.00)
• By train: From MAN Airport to Manchester Piccadilly, then switch to Northern line to Burnage Station
• By bus: Take the 43 bus service to Derby Road, then take 25 service to Burnage High School stop, then 6 minute walk from the bus stop.

Before you book:

This home is protected by MINUT Noise Monitor. A Noise level restriction is in place to protect our neighbour from anti-social behaviours. (There is a bedbound elderly man that sleeps downstairs on the other side of our wall). Any violations will lead to the reservation being cancelled, and with immediate eviction from the property.

House Rules:

1. No smoking inside premises

2. Pets are not allowed.

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying & visiting.

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

6. Minimum age to book is 22.
