Nestled in a peaceful residential area off Blackburn Street, this modern semi-detached house offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The neighborhood provides excellent transport links to Manchester city center, with regular bus services and Old Trafford Metrolink station nearby.

Sports enthusiasts will appreciate being close to the iconic Old Trafford stadium, home to Manchester United. Local amenities include Seymour Park, perfect for morning walks, and a variety of shops and eateries within walking distance. The area's multicultural atmosphere is reflected in its diverse range of local restaurants and community spaces, making it ideal for families and groups.

➡ By tram: From Manchester Airport, take the Navy Line Tram to Trafford Bar stop, 40-45 minutes, then 12-minute walk to the house.

➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, Take Northern Express Train to Manchester Oxford Road. Then, take the Bus 250 towards Henrietta Street, about 14 minutes, then 7-minute walk to the house

House Rules:

1. No smoking inside premises

2. Pets are not allowed.

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

6. Minimum age to book is 22.
