The space
Here's what to expect:
All spaces will be private during your stay. Please note that as this is primarily a family home, there will be some tucked-away clutter. Certain spaces are restricted but rest assured that dedicated storage space will be available for guests.
The Spaces:
✪ Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds with pull out single bed each (total of 4 beds)
✪ Bedroom 2 - King Bed
✪ Bedroom 3 - King Bed
✪ Bedroom 4 - Bunk Bed
✪ Bedroom 5 - 2 single beds that can be joint together
✪ Main Living Room - single sofa bed
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and the back garden. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. If you need us, you can call or message us at any time.
Before you book:
We require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions.
House rules:
1. No smoking inside the premises.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests visiting and staying (cost applies for additional guests).
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
