Didsbury Village:: Known for its quaint shops, cafes, and restaurants, located about 8 minutes drive.
Fallowfield Bowling & Lawn Tennis Club: A great place for sports enthusiasts to enjoy some outdoor activity and socialize. Located about a 15-minute walk from 15 Parsonage Road

House rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 25.
