This property is annex to the house next door but you have full access to the annex without any disruption. Garden is shared at the back. Parking in front of the property is dedicated for you.
The neighbourhood
Bredbury lies in the rural area of stockport, the small town which is 10 minutes walk away is full of character and heritage. Our property lies on the stretch of houses facing a wide green plain with plenty of woods and trees behind for you to feast your eyes on. Small town but plenty of shops and eateries to offer. Perfect for a getaway from the busy city!

**Please note that there is an additional charge for the use of sofa beds [regardless of number of guests] and travel cots. Please request these upon booking otherwise it will not be available for use during stay.**
House rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age for booking is 22
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access

Bus route right outside of the property with frequent line taking to town centre and also into stockport city. Bredbury station is in town centre which can take you in and out of Bredbury to Stockport or Manchester. Great bikers route with frequent riders along George Lane.
