You will have access to the entire apartment but do need to walk through the communal hallway and staircase. We do not have an elevator so must climb stairs to level 2.
The neighbourhood
Located in Beswick, just opposite of Manchester City Ethihad stadium, which can be seen from the apartment. Surrounding area are residential developments whcih creates a safe and peaceful location perfect for family and long stays. The residents area is gated and surrounded by the river medlock where dog owner and walker frequently leisures on.
