The neighbourhood
The apartment is sitting at the heart of Manchester just a stone's throw away from the massive Arndale shopping centre and the prestigious Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. Numerous artisan cafes, pubs and eateries are just minutes away.
The neighbourhood is always lively and bustling with activities yet our apartment is not loud as we are on the higher floors of the block. If you are travelling to Manchester and don’t know where to start then this would be a great starting point.
Before you book:
We require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. No pets allowed
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am Breaking any of the house rule will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Getting around
The property does not come with an allocated parking space, however, there is paid parking on site is available via Horizon Parking(£15 doe 12 hours). or other alternatives locations could be Gorton Street (£6 a day) or Q-Park (£20 a day).
You can choose your preferred mode of transport from trains, metro links or buses. All of these services frequent the area to take you in and out of Manchester. We are located just a minutes walk from each of the stations; Victoria Train Station, Shudehill bus interchange and also Market Street Metrolink stop. If you are walking, this is central Manchester and you can explore the whole city thoroughly with ease.
