We are pleased to present from our co-living range, this large private ensuite room within a shared house. There are 4 bedrooms in this house which you will share the facilities with, however the bedroom and bathroom is private to yourself, secured with lock on the bedroom door.
Communal shared areas include living room, kitchen and laundry facilities. There are two floors to this house, connected by a flight of stairs. All communal facilities are on the ground floor, you will not be needing to use the stairs.

Before you book:
You must accept that we require a "pre-check in" procedure to be completed before granting access. A 3rd party software is used to complete ID Checks, agree Terms & Conditions, and collect deposit payment (£200).
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside the premises.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests).
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
6. Minimum age to book is 18.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.

➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus number 43 to Greame Street, about 50-55 minutes, then 5 minutes walk to the house.
